When you call 444 25 25 /- 0850 222 25 25 from within Turkey, or +90 444 2525 / +90 850 222 2525 from abroad, you can complete various transactions such as checking your Account Balance, Credit Card Balance, and Fund Transfers through our Voice Response System using Voice Navigation Technology, by simply speaking a few words and without pressing any buttons.
Moreover, you can access services by quickly and easily connecting to our Customer Contact Representatives whenever you need assistance.
Corporate Customer Contact Center
When you call 444 25 25 - / 0850 222 25 25 from within Turkey, or +90 444 2525 / +90 850 222 2525 from abroad, you can access services using your customer number, user code/Turkish ID Number, and Akbank Internet - Mobile password-Juzdan password (Akbank Password). Through the Corporate Customer Contact Center, you can easily perform your banking transactions without visiting a branch.
For your company accounts, you can assign specific permissions to your employees for the accounts and transactions.
All you need to do is request authorization from your branch for any number of users for the transactions you select.

When you call from your registered mobile number, you can perform transactions much faster using only your card password or Akbank Password, without having to enter your Turkish ID Number / Customer Number / Credit Card Number / Bank Card Number, which gives you access to faster priority service.

How to Obtain Service
Our priority is to provide you with more systematic, proactive, and dynamic service through our Customer Contact Center.
Individual Customer Contact Center
When you call the Customer Contact Center, we facilitate faster and easier service by recognizing you from your registered mobile phone number.
After stating your desired transaction in the voice response system, you need to enter one of the following: Turkish ID Number / Customer Number / Credit Card Number / Debit Card Number
Then, you can perform any transactions by entering your Akbank password. If you're calling from a line other than your registered Akbank Password Phone, you can complete all transactions by either: Entering the mobile password sent to your Akbank Password Phone, or Approving the mobile notification sent to Akbank Mobile. For transactions between your own accounts and non-financial transactions: If you don't have an Akbank password but have a credit or debit card, you can perform monetary transactions between your accounts and non-financial transactions by entering the password of one of your cards.
If you don't have a registered Akbank Password Phone or don't own a credit/debit card, you can only access lost/stolen card services, security services, and certain other specific services through our Customer Contact Center.
How Can I Obtain a Password?
Registering an Akbank Password Phone:; If you have a credit card, you can register and update your Akbank Password Phone 24/7 through our ATMs using your credit card.
Obtaining an Akbank Password: If you have a registered Akbank Password Phone, you can get an Akbank Password by visiting Akbank.com, or using the "Forgot Password?" section of Akbank Mobile.
Changing or Obtaining a New Credit or Debit Card Password:
- You can set your card Password through; Akbank Mobile and Juzdan in the "Card Settings/Set Password" section, or through Akbank Internet in the "My Cards/Password Security/Set Password" section
- To create your credit card Password, send an SMS to 4425 with the word "KKSIFRE" followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card
- To create your debit card Password, send an SMS to 4425 with the word "BKSIFRE" followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card
- From the Customer Contact Center: A card Password can be obtained through the interactive voice response system without connecting to a customer service representative by providing the card number, CVV, expiration date, and the mobile verification code or mobile notification details.
Corporate Customer Contact Center
In the Customer Contact Center, you will need to enter the user ID and password that you use for Akbank Mobile and Akbank Internet. If you are calling from a line other than your registered Akbank Password Phone, you can easily conduct your banking transactions through the Corporate Customer Contact Center without visiting a branch by either entering the mobile code sent to your registered Akbank Password Phone or approving the mobile notification sent to the mobile application after entering these passwords.
If you do not have a user ID and password, the only services you will only be able to receive from our Customer Contact Center are lost/stolen and security services.
How Can I Obtain a Password?
To receive uninterrupted service from our Customer Contact Center, you can contact your branch to register an Akbank Password Phone and obtain your user ID and password. Additionally, Akbankers with credit cards can obtain a new password by following the steps in the "Forgot My Password" section on the Corporate Internet Branch / Corporate Mobile platform.

- Do not write down your password anywhere or save it on computers or browsers.
- Avoid using information that can be easily guessed as passwords, such as your birthday or your relatives' birthdays, wedding anniversaries, phone numbers, the year your favorite team was founded, sequential numbers or repeating digits.
- When obtaining service from the Customer Contact Center, always enter your password using the phone keypad. If anyone requests your passwords verbally or in writing, do not provide this information - immediately end the conversation and report the incident to your bank.
- When making calls from public phones or phones belonging to others, dial the number yourself. Verify that you have dialed the correct number. Ensure that your entered passwords are not stored in the phone's memory after the call.
- During your conversations, be aware of your surroundings and make sure suspicious individuals are not watching or listening to you.
- Be cautious of individuals who offer to help by providing their mobile phones. They may have malicious intentions. They might impersonate bank officials and attempt to obtain your personal information or passwords under the guise of security questions when you use their phone without dialing the number yourself. Always make calls from your own phone, or, if using someone else's phone, dial the number yourself.
