Plumbing Service
In many parts of Turkey, you can call your Personal Assistant about any plumbing problems in your home, and he or she will have repairs made free of charge.*
*The aforementioned service (dispatching a plumber to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the customer with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. In the event that the customer does not approve the additional costs, the repairs will be made within the scope of coverage, and no repairs will be carried out that exceed the coverage. Repair of any items which are unrelated to sanitary plumbing, faucets, and other equipment within the customer's residence; compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to any kind of wetting, leakage, seepage, etc., even if stemming from damage or breakage caused by plumbing; repair or replacement of all electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters, and filters connected to sanitary plumbing, as well as equipment costs arising due to repairs or replacement of sanitary plumbing fixtures; repair of plumbing throughout the building in which the customer's residence is located, or to plumbing or other equipment found in third-party residences, even if this passes through the customer's residence, as well as compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to this damage; and unblocking of or repair to drainage/sewage systems are not covered by this service.
Electrical System Service
If you have any kind of problem with the electrical system in your home, call your personal assistant, and he or she will have it taken care of free of charge.*
*The aforementioned service (dispatching an electrician to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the customer with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. In the event that the customer does not approve the additional costs, the repairs will be made within the scope of coverage, and no repairs will be carried out that exceed the coverage. Repair of any kind of item which makes use of the electrical system within the residence (lamps, sockets, fluorescent lights, outlets and electrical switches); compensation for and repair of damage, including that stemming from damage to the electrical system, to any kind of electrical home appliance or device; repair of all electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters, ventilation systems, etc., or repair of any damage resulting from drops or spikes in voltage; repair of electrical systems throughout the building in which the customer's residence is located, or to electrical systems or other equipment found in third-party residences, even if this passes through the customer's residence, as well as compensation for and repair of damage occurring due to this damage are not covered by this service.
Window Repair
In many parts of Turkey, if one of your windows breaks, your glazier is there to help!*
*In the event that an exterior window in the customer's residence is broken for any reason, the aforementioned service (dispatching a glazier to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year.
Locksmith Service
If you get locked out, don't panic! Call your Personal Assistant, and receive free of charge locksmith service.*
*In the event that the key(s) to the customer's residence is lost, forgotten, or damaged either by accidently or as a result of theft, in order to provide access to the customer's residence, the aforementioned service (dispatching a locksmith to the customer's residential address, providing standard equipment, and covering labor costs, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident) is provided a maximum of 3 times per year. Costs that exceed this limit will be borne by the customer with repairs to be made only after prior approval by the customer. Materials costs due to production of an additional key or the changing of a lock are not covered by this service.
Vehicle Assistance
Vehicle Inspection Service
If it is time get your vehicle inspected, but you're too busy to do it, your Personal Assistant can help, by arranging to have your vehicle picked up from your address, inspected, and returned to your address*
*Vehicle inspection service includes the handing over of the vehicle by the customer at a predetermined address, and the return of the vehicle following its inspection. In the event that the vehicle is does not pass inspection due to lack of maintenance, or for any other reason, the service provider bears no responsibility. Steps to remedy any issues which arise in the performance of this service (outstanding taxes, lack of an exhaust emissions measurement stamp or traffic insurance, and other additional fees which may arise) can be performed on the basis of a cash payment by the customer to the service provider. In the event that the customer declines to pay any such sum in question, the service provider is not responsible for performing vehicle inspection service. The customer is responsible for preparing all current documentation for the inspection of the vehicle. This service is only valid within Istanbul. Notary public expenses related to the letter of authorization and/or power of attorney, which will be presented to anyone who performs a procedure on the vehicle, will be borne by the customer. In the event that an inspection is not approved due to technical defects in the vehicle, the customer shall bear all costs and expenses related to repairs required to remedy these defects.

Towing and Rescue Service
If you and your vehicle become stranded for any reason, your Personal Assistant can help you free of charge, anywhere in Turkey.*
*The vehicle to be towed or rescued will be taken to the nearest service station within the same province, and the aforementioned service shall be provided a maximum of 3 times per year, for a maximum of 250 TL per incident. If the vehicle's contents or cargo impede towing, Akbank will not be responsible for the removal of said contents; service will only be provided in the event that the customer unloads the contents of the vehicle in order to make towing possible.
Tire Assistance
If your vehicle has a flat-tire or blowout, your Personal Assistant will have the tire changed anywhere in Turkey.*
*In the event that there is no spare tire in the customer's vehicle, or that the tire cannot be repaired on the spot, the aforementioned service covers towing the vehicle to the nearest service station or tire shop, for a maximum of 150 TL per incident. This tire assistance service or related towing service will be provided a maximum of 1 time per year.
Fuel Assistance
If you run out of gas, call your Personal Assistant, and receive help free of charge, so you can get home to your loved ones on time.*
*In the event that the customer's vehicle runs out of fuel, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest gas station. This service will be provided a maximum of 1 time per year, for a maximum of 250 TL per incident. This service consists of towing a vehicle whose fuel has run out to the nearest gas station; the customer is responsible for the cost of the fuel.
